This Apparatus included photometric, electricity, chroma and thermal 4 modules. These are classic experiments on LED characteristics:

  1. Module of electrical exeriment:Voltage of turning point;U-I characteristic curve;Working voltage

  2. Module of light space distribution experiment:Relationship between average LED's light and current ;Measurement of different LED's light distribution curve

  3. Module of photometric and chromatic experiment: Relationship between different LED's luminous flux, luminous   efficiency and current ;Measurement of different LED's chromatic parameter

The module is used to measure and calculate LED’s K coefficient, thermal resistance and junction temperature. The software can real-time display the Voltage vs Time curve, and analyze the thermal resistance and junction temperature in a steable state.
