Overview

BIM-6603 series spectrometer adopts high resolution opto-mechanical structure, and it's equipped with Hamamatsu S11510 series area array back-illuminated CCD sensor, which makes the maximum resolution of this series spectrometer up to ~0.1nm, and the sensitivity is also greatly improved. The dynamic range is up to 50000:1 (typical value). Due to its outstanding sensitivity in the 800nm-1100nm band, it is very suitable for Raman and other NIR weak spectrum measurement applications.


The wavelength response range of this area array back-illuminated CCD detector is 200nm-1100nm. BIM-6603 series spectrometer can be equipped with different slits, gratings and other components within this wavelength range, and it can also be customized for different wavelength ranges and optical resolutions. At the same time, this spectrometer supports multiple trigger methods, multiple communication methods and secondary development, and can provide a full range of in-depth customization services.
