Summary

BRM-6101 is a Function-rich laser diode/LED driver controller, which can provide continuously adjustable driving current with a maximum driving current of 1.5A. The controller can support 5 working modes: CW/Pulse/Analog Input/External Trigger/Optical Power Control, and can be externally connected with Photodiode and NTC temperature sensor. BRM-6101 has the characteristics of high precision, low ripple, and multi-mode, and can be widely used in LD testing, pulse test and other semiconductor light-emitting devices research, quantum cascade laser control, steady-state optical power control system, etc.
