Overview
SIM-3004 Infrared Gold Coating Integrating Sphere, whose stable characteristics and strong tolerance, depending on the gold diffuse coating inside. The coating is a kind of electroplating chemical diffuse reflection gold coating, which has excellent stability and no air leakage under vacuum environment. The damage threshold measured by 10.2µm CO2 laser is about 19.3J / cm2, which is higher than ordinary gold coating plates. Working with cooler can increase the damage threshold. The typical reflectivity of goldcoatings is higher than 94% at>1000nm and can be coated on metal surfaces such as aluminum, nickel, iron, copper and tungsten. SIM-3004 uses aluminum alloy as the base material.
